Every patient at St. Joseph Hospice has 24/7 access to maximum comfort and symptom control from an experienced interdisciplinary team and a Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physician.
The team at St. Joseph Hospice will provide aggressive COMFORT measures instead of seeking aggressive curative measures.
The St Joseph Hospice philosophy embodies an experienced team, knowledgeable and qualified, to provide an optimum comfort level for the patient and supporting family. The Corporate Medical Directors at St. Joseph Hospice are Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. This means that every patient and their primary care physician have the benefit of 24 hour availability and support from a Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care MD that doesn't just "give them something" to relieve the pain. Instead, the Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physicians give the right amount of the right medicine to optimize comfort!
