RN Case Manager needed to visit and manage 12-15 hospice patients in their homes or nursing homes. Must have 2 years experience as an RN to qualify. Hospice experience preferred. Great benefits with 401K plan, health insurance, optional dental, short and long term disability, cancer policy, and more. Hours are Mon- Fri form 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some call required.
